High village is a 40 unit building complete with indoor swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, underground parking and gas barbecue grills out on the main deck-. with all of these features, you may never have to leave. all units feature a fill it yourself jacuzzi bath tub in the master bedroom, tv/vcr, gas fireplace, full refrigerator, four place cook top, dishwasher, trash compactor and convection microwave oven.

The one bedroom units have a queen bed and a double sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep four people. the two bedroom units have a king or queen bed in the upstairs loft, a queen bed in the lower bedroom, and a double sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep six people.

The high village complex has no elevators. there is 17 step to the first level and 32 to the second level.

Rental Information:

Check-in is 4:00 pm – Check-out is 12:00 noon.
2 night minimum stay is required on Friday & Saturday. Holidays and special events require different minimum stays. June 27 – July 6 will be charged the weekend/holiday rate.
A deposit cost of the $350.00 for reservations up to four nights or $500.00 for reservations five nights or more is required to secure your reservation. This usually charged to a credit card, but we will accept personal checks if received within 5 days of making the reservation.
60 days are required to cancel a reservation with.
